BrandingPurpose: Set standards and administer certification process.
Activity Areas:
· Certification – Define certification requirements in accordance with ICMCI guidelines and manage certification testing and review processes · Certification Renewal and Review – Manage certification review (Final Review Committee) and certification renewal processes
· ICMCI Audit – Set criteria and actions needed to conduct audit, monitor progress, and recommend actions to maintain compliance with ICMCI performance guidelines · Accredited Consulting Practices – Define IMC USA interests and guidelines in accrediting medium to large size consulting firms and non-consulting firms with internal consulting practices in accord with ICMCI guidleines with an Accredirted Practice. An Accredited Practice consulting employees may quality for certification based on an approval (following IMC USA audit) of the firm's training and development practices.
