Purpose: Promote, educate, and enforce ethics among members, promote ethics across profession; manage ethics reporting and enforcement processes.

Activity Areas:
·     Enforcement – Oversee receipt, administration and adjudication of ethics complaints against members.
·     Standards Development – Investigate the desirability and feasibility of adopting standards for the professional management consultants.
·     Enforcement - establish guidelines and content for ethics education and testing for IMC USA members and professional consultants.
