Purpose: Craft organizational themes and strategies for outreach, public relations, liaisons with other professional and business organizations. Establish and maintain brand integrity, consistent messages to members and public.

Activity Areas:
·     CMC Branding – Oversee increasing the awareness and market value of the CMC designation and facilitate access to CMCs by potential clients
·     Liaison Identify appropriate liaisons with other professional associations, universities and business schools, business and management organizations, and government agencies, all with the intent of promoting the IMC USA vision and mission.
·     Member Directory – Develop and maintain online member directory to support member-to-member communication and marketing of members services to potential clients.
