Member Services and Communication (MM)     
Purpose: Define member needs and manage delivery of benefits in each of the areas of Get Smart, Get Known, and Get Business as well as economic discounts for consultant services. Provide communication of IMC USA activiites, plans and issues of interest or need to members and the consulting profession.

Activity Areas:
·     Member Services - define needs of consultants for professional development, marketing and publicity, business developemnt, networking, discounts on commercial items, and services to teh profession. 
·     Communication - Maintain connection to between Institute and members and provide consistent and timely information about the direction of the Institute and the profession and about available member services. These incude an Annual Report, monthly electronic newsletter, weekly Flash Opportunites, periodic Letters from the Chair, notices of new member benefits, and Academy of Professional Developemnt course offerings.
