Membership Development (MM) Print E-mail

Purpose: Define strategy and administer process to grow membership and retain members.


Activity Areas:
·     Member Retention – Evaluate causes of non-renewals and develop strategies to increate retention to specific levels identified as appropriate for a professional organization
·     Member Growth –  Identify chapter best practices for increasing membership and communicate these through the CPC. Coordinate with Marketing and Publicity to define membership value proposition and make available services to enable members to increase their competencies and value to their clients and to the profession.
