Purpose: Maintain integrity of operations among all committees and between IMC and SBA.
Activity Areas:
· Operational Review – Oversee periodic reviews of IMC USA operations and management, coordinate responses to findings and recommendations, and evaluate performance. · Smith, Bucklin Liaison – Plan and coordinate with SBA for Executive Director, membership, certification services, cost management, service level metrics and tracking, etc. · Website Development – Develop and maintain website to promote IMC USA mission and enhance operations.
