What's been your experience with consulting alliances?

Posted By Mary Adams CMC, Wednesday, March 17, 2010
Next week, IMCNE is hosting a discussion entitled Developing Consulting Alliances and Partnerships: Wishful Thinking or Reality?

In advance of this discussion, we'd like to hear about your own experience with alliances and partnerships. Have you tried working like this? How did it go? What lessons did you learn? What advice do you have for consultants considering a new alliance or partnership?

Looking for Session Moderators for the Conference

Posted By Pamela Campagna MBA CMC, Thursday, February 19, 2009
Updated: Thursday, February 19, 2009
Hi Everyone,
We're looking for a handful of volunteers for our conference on May 5th to act as Session Moderators and Greeters.  This includes: greeting a speaker, accompanying them to their speaking venue; ensuring that presentation video, display and audio are working well; greeting attendees, introducing the speaker, fielding questions after the presentation, making conference announcements as required, distributing and collecting session feedback forms.

In addition, we are soliciting volunteers for the registration desk in the lobby of HULT.

Please let me know whether you'd like to sign up as a volunteer during the conference.

Regards,
Pam

Opportunity in 2009

Posted By Kenneth Lizotte CMC, Friday, January 02, 2009
We could look at all the bad news of the past few months as doom-and-gloom or we could view 2009 as a great opportunity. How could you help your clients right now in ways they haven't sought your help thus far? What new problems do the bad times present to them that YOU could help them solve? Try inventorying your own skill sets and value propositions. You may have more to offer your client base, and thus more business opportunity for yourself, than you have been assuming.
