The IMC USA Foundation’s purpose is to establish awareness of the value and benefits of highly ethical and professional management consulting and to support excellence in the management consulting profession through education and research.

Description:

The Institute of Management Consultants USA Foundation (IMC USA  Foundation) is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization created to improve the effectiveness of management consulting by developing standards for and promoting the widespread application of ethical consulting practices.  The Foundation uses its own resources and leverages those of IMC USA and others to conduct research, develop standards, build awareness, disseminate practices and measure impacts of ethical conduct in consulting. The Foundation promotes widespread adoption and application of ethical practices by all management consultants by making publicly available information, education and professional resources on ethics and professionalism.

The Foundation will develop, disseminate, and advance high quality research and education on business ethics standards and practices of the management consulting profession to global business and educational communities. Its educational center will provide high quality business ethics and management consulting professional education to management consulting professionals, firms and students.
