In today's down - and often unforgiving - economy, selling has to be the hardest part of any management consultant's job. Most get into consulting because they excel technically in their primary areas of expertise, so sales rarely is a consultant's strong suit. And now, even the techniques that seemed to be successful before are proving to be ineffective in many cases.

The purpose of this workshop is to enable both junior and seasoned consultants alike to better understand the natural cycle to every sales process. Did you know there are 5 distinct stages and closing the deal is actually the last? During the session Jeremy Lurey, one of our area's premier consulting experts, will help you develop the critical skills you need to write effective proposals and sell yourself out of the recession. He will also share his important lessons learned and key market insights from growing a multi-million dollar consulting practice and being in business for several years.
