"Go Broad or Go Niche: How to Become a Rock Star Within Your Marketplace"

Would you like to have clients calling you, desperately needing you to come help them make their business more profitable and gladly paying you what you are worth? Would you like to have companies create work for you because they want to hire you so badly? Would you like to walk through the hallways of a conference or trade show where everyone knows your name? You can become a Rock Star to your clients by "going niche” and becoming a totally customer-focused, customer-driven consultant.

Kathy Fediw will take you on her journey of how she developed a thriving, recession-proof, diversified consulting and training business by concentrating on a very small, well-defined niche market. She’ll explain how she made the decision to "go niche,” the challenges she’s faced, how she’s expanded her business and how she’s attained true Rock Star status that now allows her to pick and choose the clients she works with. Whether you are an independent consultant, internal consultant or just getting started you’ll learn how to clearly define your own set of best clients so you can focus your efforts, charge higher fees and become more successful, whatever your field of expertise.
