Your Strategy for Success

Using your intentional thought and action
to achieve what’s important.

As consultants, we advise clients on best strategy to improve processes, gain market share and achieve key business initiatives. But often neglect our own potential.

What about you? What if you were consulting you? Do you have a strategy for your success? Are you focused on doing the right things at the right time to more easily achieve a personal, career or business "key initiative?”

On Monday, September 13, at the IMC DFW Management Consultant Forum dinner meeting, you will get the opportunity to focus on you - what’s important to achieve now and how to move past what can slow you down or stop you cold.

SuccessMapping® is a strategy and step-by-step process that enables individuals and organizations to effectively deliver on their critical business objectives.

Arlene Johnson, author and speaker on performance processes will share with us ideas, tools and process steps that enable your individual and organizational success.

Her discussion will focus on you: what you want to achieve, your strategy to accomplish it and how to effectively gain agreement with others for needed support, resources or new levels of customer engagement.

You will have the opportunity to assess and determine best thought and action to:

  • Ensure a critical project meets and exceeds business expectations
  • Protect and grow what you value now in your career and business
  • Create wanted change and achieve a new important business objective

With innovative techniques derived from proven corporate performance tools, SuccessMapping helps everyone, from students to consultants to CEOs, plan for lasting and meaningful success.

Arlene’s message is filled with inspiring anecdotes and focused on actual achievement, and cuts through doubt and confusion with simple yet rigorous actions.

As a consultant, CEO, or a student of management, SuccessMapping describes how to identify what can prevent you from achieving all you can be, the eight success blockers, to move forward to experience more of your academic and business potential.

Network, enjoy the informal interchange with professional colleagues, and come prepared to challenge the speaker with your probing questions.
