Save Yourself Some Grief- Avoid My Consulting Mistakes!
Bad consulting jobs? Sure, we all have had them! We might want to forget them, but those are
the best ones to learn from. Finding what went wrong, figuring out why, and creating
the fix. Roy Steel CMC, and Immediate Past President of the NCR Chapter, will "fess up” to his own
bad assignments, and what he and his teams have learned from them. Now, you can
also pick up tips from forty years of consulting examples, all in one evening.
Roy
will use twenty or so client assignments as examples, outlining the situation,
what went wrong, what fixes worked and what was learned. These assignments will
cover insolvency cases, client goals, strategic management, business process
restructuring, systems integration and more!
As time permits, Roy
will also leave some key ideas that, over the years, have helped hundreds of
his staff to build a successful consulting career.
