Coming out of this deep recession, we are
beginning to see dramatic shifts in how industries are adapting to the new
economic environment. These shifts
have deep implications for management and for consultants as we advise our
clients. It is imperative that, as
consultants, we build an understanding of these changes.
To begin the dialogue, the Philadelphia
Chapter of IMC USA is selecting several industries which continue to experience
dramatic change. We have organized
a panel of leading consultants to share their insights about these industries
and about how the impact of their changes affects consulting to them.
Our distinguished panel includes Bob Scott, President of Bilander Group, and Candida Seasock,Founder and President of CTS Partners.
