Building a Sales Foundation - The Power of Process
 
As an independent consultant and business owner, you are responsible for your business’ sales results. As the salesperson and service provider, you must also deal with complexities not typically faced by a traditional salesperson. In addition to dealing with gatekeepers, qualifying prospects, handling objections and closing new business, you must also avoid giving free advice or discounting your prices and constantly need to balance sales activities and workload.
