How to Land Large Consulting Clients:
What works and what doesn’t and why.
With Jon De Cesare, CEO, World Class Logistics Consulting, Inc.
Thursday, October 14, Mimi's Café, Irvine, 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.
An open secret among consultants is that large consulting clients are more profitable than small clients. Their consulting assignments tend to be longer and more encompassing, and they don't flinch at consulting rates in the hundreds of dollars per hour.
So what can we do as consultants to land the big fish? For the answer, join us at our IMC Orange County breakfast meeting on October 14 as Jon De Cesare, CEO of World Class Logistics Consulting, Inc. shares his experience in landing business from Fortune 500 companies as a sole-practitioner consultant. He had learned early in his consulting career that consulting to small companies, less than $100 million in annual sales, was not something that he should to pursue, and he refined his business model accordingly.
What you will learn from this program:
- Seven key factors that Fortune 500 companies are looking for.
- Six factors that will knock you out of the game.
- How you can position yourself to appeal to larger clients.
- How to close first sale.
- How to secure repeat business.
- Strategic alliance that will allow you to compete with the big boys.
- And a lot more...
Don't miss this thought-provoking breakfast meeting, which will be filled with examples/case studies and will also a great networking experience with your fellow consultants in the greater Orange County area.
