Dom Cingoranelli, CPA, CMC is Executive Vice-President and cofounder of Succession Institute, LLC. Dom has conducted partnering facilitation for award-winning construction projects around the country and he has written numerous articles, co-authored two books for the CPA profession, and speaks throughout the U.S. Dom's passion is helping organizations successfully work through difficult issues by making sure they address root causes rather than symptoms. Todd Ordal, CMC, helps CEOs and their senior teams increase organizational performance resulting in better financial results, a clear strategy or a better night's sleep without narcotics. Todd brings 30 years of management experience to his firm, Applied Strategy. He has been CEO of three companies and has had as many as 7,000 employees. He has also served on numerous boards of directors. Along with being a CMC, Todd is also a certified professional coach and is President of the CO Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants. Patricia (Pat) Sikora, PhD, owner of Sikora Associates, LLC, has partnered with managers for over 25 years helping them better understand how to leverage the creativity and passion of employees and create lasting profitable relationships with customers. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals and a recently co-authored book, "Turbulence: Boeing and the State of American Workers and Managers” has been identified as a "must read” by the New York Times, Seattle Times, and the Risk Management Association among others. The panel discussion will be moderated by Brian Balgaard, CPA. Brian has over a decade's experience leading software implementations and process improvement initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams through organizational change in a variety of industry sectors including federal government, trade associations, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and consumer goods.
