Session Three is a bonus offering FREE only to those participants who submit their completed application to IMC before 1/31/2011 to cover questions and guidance on the oral and panel portions of the process. This third session will be held Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 12:00 PM EST until 1:30 PM EST.

A little background on Certification Streams
This certification track is intended for candidates who have been in the management consulting profession from 3 to 9 years as an independent or internal consultant.
Experienced Consultant StreamThis certification track is intended for candidates with
10 or more years experience as an
independent or internal management consultant. Management StreamThis track is intended for candidates with 20 or more years experience in the high level management of non-consulting companies. These candidates must meet all of the requirements for basic stream with the exception of the years as independent or internal consultants. It is preferred that the candidate have been involved in 3 years of internal consulting for their employer or have been accountable for the successful completion of projects involving the use of consultants by their employers.
Manola Robison, CMC
Manola C. Robison is a Certified Management
Consultant (CMC) for over 10 years and CEO of Robison Management
Consulting, Inc., since 1992. She is the current President of the Institute of
Management Consultants USA, Georgia Chapter.
Her work covers areas of strategic planning, HR audits and design of people systems, executive coaching, culture change, board selection, and operational improvement. She has done consulting on strategic planning and new business development for two utility companies, and has also implemented training procedures for one financial sector organization. She is a well known speaker on the areas of leadership, business management, organizational behavior, communications, and small business development.
Her consultancy has helped companies achieve and sustain higher profitability through lean years and also through the growing pains of these businesses, manage change through proper management of communications and diversity.
Manola obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas School of Architecture and her MBA from the Executive MBA Program at Georgia State University. She also holds a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry Formation from the Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta.
