What Consultants Need to Know
about Supply Chain Management

 With Pete Crosby, CMC,
Principal of CGR Management Counsultants

 Thursday, January 13, Mimi's Café, Irvine, 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.

Supply chain management (SCM) can affect all functional areas of a company and impact a wide range of management decisions related to profitability, such as make-or-buy decisions, outsourcing, plant closures, product time and place utilities, and the logistical deployment of labor and physical resources.

Consultants regardless of their specialty need to be able speak intelligently about supply chain management to their clients, since it affects not only material flow, but also information and money flows.

Join us on Thursday, January 13, to learn what every consultant needs to know about supply chain management, as Pete Crosby, CMC, tells us war stories from his 41 years in consulting. This includes problem solving for some major companies and the founding of two successful consulting groups: CGR Management Consultants and the Food Consultants Group. Don't miss this informative breakfast meeting, which will expand your horizon as a consultant. This will also be a great networking opportunity with your fellow consultants in the greater Orange County area. Expect a lively discussion, as Pete Crosby is an engaging speaker and discussion leader.
