Dr. Land presentation with Q&A

Presented by The Farsight Group: Dr. George Land and Kim Kressaty

Can change and innovation be your ally? It can when you understand the phases of change and the breakpoints that occur when the environment you operate in changes. Innovation is doing something that is new and different from what you have done before that adds value to your organization or something that you care about. Innovation enables organizations to adapt to change. Rather than rational, logical, incremental improvements, you need breakthrough ideas providing significantly greater value to your customers and much higher margins.

Attend this presentation and you will:

  • Learn how your organization can be creative and use innovation for a competitive advantage.
  • Understand change in a new way and hear how it is grounded by science.
  • You will understand how creativity works during every phase of growth in your organization.
  • You will hear about a methodology to help you manage the pull into the future that builds alignment for your strategic intent.
  • You will learn how to harness the untapped imaginative, decision-making and collaborative power of your organization and customers to create innovations in a way you have never experienced.
  • Hear the authors that wrote the books on transformational change; ‘Grow or Die’ and ‘Break-point and Beyond’.

If you need major differentiation from competitors, provide significant value to your customers, are experiencing diminishing returns on products/services are at risk or may not be a key differentiation - then you need to attend this valuable presentation.

About your presenter - Dr. George Land:

George Land is an author, speaker, consultant and general systems scientist. In 1965 he founded a research and consulting institute to study creative performance. This research ultimately led to the formulation of Transformation Theory. From the principles of growth, creativity and change, Dr. Land developed unique strategic thinking and innovation processes for organizations. He invented the first computer interactive approaches to group innovation, decision-making and strategic thinking. His processes are now licensed by over 400 major corporations worldwide.

About your presenter - Kim Kressaty:

Kim is a Partner at Farsight Group. She spent nearly 30 years working in both Consumer Packaged-Goods and Business-to-Business arenas. She spent part of her career in executive Organizational Effectiveness positions, focusing on executive and senior manager leadership development and performance management.
