Leading Accelerated Projects

Matching Today's Accelerated Requirements

  • Are deadlines for deliverables keeping you awake at night?
  • If so, does the cure for your insomnia consist of doing more of the same?
  • Or, is there a killer app that will allow you to point-and-click your way to instant results?

If the answers to these questions are: "Yes,” "No,” and "No,” this presentation will challenge you to consider novel solutions to the "rapid results” conundrum — solutions that will benefit you and your clients.

In this presentation, Dr. Lon Roberts will share insights he has learned from the past 15 years of research and experience in making accelerated projects a reality.

How are you managing your consulting deliverables? Are you matching today's requirements for Fast, Cheap and Over-delivery?

– Or –

Are you wondering how you will accomplish all of the client's requirements in half the time?

At the heart of his approach are 8 Acceleration Opportunity Levers™ that, if exploited, are the basis for achieving significant improvements in project cycle time. You will come away with a fresh perspective on what works, what doesn't work, and why.

You will also learn:

  • Why accelerated projects matter to you and your clients
  • What realities are responsible for shaping the accelerated projects philosophy
  • What a "systems approach” to accelerating projects means in practical terms
  • Why the elusive "Leadership Lever” is critical, but is often overlooked
  • What specific interventions are required of the leader of an accelerated project
  • How "crisis-mode acceleration” differs from "planned acceleration”

Join us for an unparalleled conversation with an expert who has seen it all and has been privy to the opinions of clients you most want to impress!

As an added bonus, Mr. Heckman will give away ten copies of his book Boardroom Selling: Proven Strategies for Selling to Decision Makers.

Plan to attend and bring a colleague or client.

Network, enjoy the informal interchange with professional colleagues, and come prepared to challenge the speaker with your probing questions.
