Tools And Techniques To Strengthen A Company:
Ideas to Help Consultants Help Clients Move Forward

This speaker was recommended to us by our board member Margaret Jacoby. She saw Sandy Kolberg speak last year and recognized the One-Page Plan as an excellent tool to add to every consultant’s arsenal.

You’ll learn a doable process for developing a one-page working strategic plan, so you have a dynamic track to run on every quarter.

Your clients might be interested in this hour of "coaching,” too, so please let them know they are more than welcome.

About The Program:The ‘4 Decisions’ and the ‘One-Page Plan’

Here are some scary statistics:

• More than 80% of all strategies fail to get fully implemented.

• Research shows that the #1 frustration in organizations among employees is ineffective communication.

•Less than 50% of employees understand how their actions relate to company goals.

•More than 75% of employees say their company doesn’t reward them or motivate them to achieve goals.

So, what good is strategy without execution and results? Obviously, no good! That’s right, without results, we miss the mark.

Join Dr. Sandy Kolberg for an interactive session on the "4 Decisions” business leaders must make every day, which tap into strategy and execution as a competency. This presentation focuses on the Verne Harnish One-Page Plan process and Execution Management.
