Eyes, Ears and Questions - The Discovery Approach to Breakthrough Solutions

Our organizational landscape is filled with both exemplars and also-rans. Some people have a knack for finding the new path while others struggle to follow any path. Consulting in this landscape is a game of the mind. Our experience and intellect set us apart and provide power to our interactions with our clients. These interactions can open doors of insight that can create robust solutions to our client’s organizational dilemmas.

  • What tools and skills do we need to use to be the exemplars that find the new path and plow the new ground that will lead us out of our current societal malaise?
  • How are well-crafted ideas the keys to forward progress?
  • What skills do people use to increase their flow of ideas?
  • How does asking well-crafted questions lead us to ideas that will have an impact?
  • How are our own powers of observation key to stimulating the flow of ideas?
  • How do our clients’ strengths at "delivery” actually get in the way of discovering the path forward?

This presentation and discussion will dig into a research-based approach to discovering and shaping ideas into solutions that create breakthroughs. You will walk away with new insights on how to use questions, your powers of observation, and a willingness to tinker to find new paths forward.

An online forum will be opened before the meeting for you to submit questions you'd like the presenter to answer and after the presentation for you to share your learnings and results with others!  Click here
