Strong innovation is essential for prosperity, economic growth, and a robust economy. Without it, cities, states, and countries fall behind, while the innovators surge ahead to assume leadership. Innovation is led by entrepreneurs, as well as by existing companies who undertake bold and inventive new projects.
However, innovation is not an easy road for businesses, especially for entrepreneurs. Many fail. What if you could predict success or failure? Further, what if you could accelerate the process of Front End Innovation? This would not only speed up the flow of innovation, but could make the difference between a company’s success or failure. More inventions and innovative ideas would see the light of day.
Core Strategy is both enabling and breakthrough for Front End Innovation – much like CDMA has been to mobile telephony, enabling carriers to cram much more data into their allotted bandwidths. This workshop, which was 10 years in the making and based on a soon-to-be released book by the same title, will introduce you to a Silicon Valley tested framework that increases the acceleration and predictability of front end output by 2x – 4x. The Core Strategy Framework provides a surprisingly easy-to-use pattern recognition logic for planning technology, product, production, business model, management team and finance requirements. The Core Strategy Framework offers an unconventional, but critically decisive and proven schema for identifying your marketplace’s circumstances of customers, competitors, complementors and the technological/innovation trajectory of lead platforms and the migration of end-users’ value expectations.
