Management Consulting Practice

This course will show management consultants how to add marketing consulting to your current practice. 

As a result:

  • Expand your practice skillset;
  • Expand your client penetration; and,
  • Increase your practice income.

As participants, you will:
  • Become aware of the tremendous need clients have for top-line/marketing help in this tough economic time;
  • Understand how to approach marketing in a more non-traditional way and teach the client how to find new revenue/profit opportunities already in the business;
  • Learn about four "core” marketing steps every business can take to increase sales and profits without spending more money;
  • How to help clients create their own economy;
  • Learn about a marketing consulting certification you can add to your practice expertise; and,
  • How to help clients develop an integrated or blended off-line/on-line comprehensive marketing system.
