Speaking Skills and Strategies to
Build Your Consulting Practice

With Chris Witt, CMC, Witt Communications, LLC

Ability to present ideas orally is essential to win people's respect, support and approval. Good speaking skills can be one of a consultant's most effective tools to build reputation, sell new clients, and have consulting recommendations accepted.

To learn essential speaking skills, join at our IMC OC breakfast meeting on April 12 as Chris Witt, a Certified Management Consultant and Executive Speech Coach, shares some of the secrets of successful formal and informal presentations by consultants. You will learn:

  • Why speaking is profitable and easy. Really!
  • How to use your best asset (who you are) to your advantage.
  • How to use speaking to position yourself as an expert in the eyes of prospective clients and influencers.
  • How to use presentations to close consulting business.
  • How to gain your client's willingness to support and implement your proposals.
  • Three questions you need to answer when planning any conversation or presentation.
  • And a lot more...

If you are a consultant, don't miss Chris's important practice-building workshop on April 12. This highly interactive presentation will challenge some of your basic assumptions, and provide you with practical tips that you can implement immediately. Bring your friends. This will be a great opportunity to network with your fellow Southern California consultants.
