About This Program: Good client relationships are the life blood of your consulting practice. Manage these relationships well and you will have a successful, sustainable business. Manage them poorly and you may end up with unprofitable work, or no work at all.

 Join Rik Nemanick as he shares what he has learned from 15 years of consulting on how to manage the client relationship. He explores the different roles the consultant plays with clients as well as the different types of clients consultants will encounter.

About Our Presenter: Rik Nemanick, Ph.D. is a principal consultant and co-founder of The Leadership Effect, a leader and organization development firm based in St. Louis. Rik has worked with clients to develop leadership bench strength through assessment, training, and executive coaching.

Rik has also helped some of St. Louis' top companies build and expand robust mentoring programs that develop the next generation of leadership. He is a speaker who has given talks on mentoring, strategy, and leadership development. Rik has a doctorate in organizational psychology from Saint Louis University, where he was also faculty in the MBA program for 10 years.
