Most top talent women feel misunderstood.
Their needs are overlooked and they are labeled
competitive and insensitive.

Whether your clients are smart, strong women or you are working with organizations wanting to develop and retain these women, this webinar will help you better understand what drives their behavior and decisions.

By attending this session, you will learn:
  • What high-achieving women need to be satisfied on the job and how organizations can meet these needs so they retain, grow and promote their top-talent women.

  • 5 factors that drive these women to be top performers but also stunt their growth.

  • 3 communication needs to consider when you are consulting high-achieving women.

  • Exercises and coaching questions to help the women "strategize their wandering” and clarify their direction.

No matter what amount of experience you have, the research findings presented in this webinar coupled with the practical tools will help you and your clients better understand high-achieving women.
