Wear your "decisions” making cap, or hat, or bonnet and join the IMC Southern Cal Chapter’s presentation on Business Intelligence and modern day decision making.

In this unique program, you will participate in a real case study and learn how you and your colleagues make superior strategic decisions. As a group we will compare (anonymously) your decisions with the true decisions made by the actual company’s Management Team, a group of 55 other business owners and a group of 83 other consultants who have gone through this exercise. Finally, we will compare your decisions with those recommended using high-level Business Intelligence tools (every attendee will have their own RF transmitter) – the results may surprise you, and certainly will affect you! Come join us in the age of radio frequency communications with real-time results, and become an ever learning and enlightened consultant on how to see the future today.


About Bill Swanson

Bill was a senior level executive and is now a consultant with 25 years’ experience in small to large-cap high technology industrial and electronics markets and manufacturing companies, supported by up and downstream channel partners. Bill served in various senior positions within divisions of $20m to $200m and total corporate revenues up to $9b; including Division Marketing Manager, and Director of Worldwide Sales & Marketing. He earned his Black Belt certification in Six Sigma Transactional studies from the University of Michigan and his Oracle Certification in Project Simulation Analysis. He also holds two certifications in Customer Survey writing and analysis.

His comprehensive knowledge of Business Intelligence, program and project opportunity / risk assessment, channel / supplier management, and Mergers and Acquisitions equips him well for helping companies assure financial sustainability using technology driven decision making processes
