How to Identify Opportunities &
Grow Your Consulting Practice

With Seena Sharp, Principal, Sharp Market Intelligence

Hiding in plain sight are opportunities to grow your consulting practice and your client's business. So are threats that may come from outside of your normal industry.

Too many consultants and their clients only focus on their familiar specialty and industry, thereby missing substantial growth opportunities and unnecessarily exposing themselves to risk. It's all about collecting the right market intelligence, properly analyzing it, and then acting on it in a timely manner.

To become better at spotting market changes and to benefit from them, join us at our Orange County IMC breakfast meeting on Thursday, April 11, and hear the provocative and pragmatic presentation by Seena Sharp, a leading authority on market changes since 1979. You will learn...

  • Why it is not enough to be an expert in your own specialty and industry
  • Five things you can do to position your consulting practice and your clients for growth
  • How to use market intelligence to refine your niche and identify business opportunities
  • Where to find the best information
  • And a lot more ... including the myth of Big Data.

All are welcome, not just IMC members. This will not only be a great learning experience, but also an opportunity for you to network with your fellow consultants and other self-employed professionals in the Greater Orange County area. Think about what market intelligence would help you grow your consulting practice.
