Getting Client Buy In

This course contributes to the requirements for CMC certification with the
Core Competency focus area of Consulting Process, Early Level

$29 for IMC USA Members, $79 for non-Members

This is a 1.5 hour webinar that provides participants with guidance on how to research a client’s organization and business and how to determine if the consultant alone or with a team can fulfill a client’s needs to complete a project. It stresses planning and listening well to understand the problems faced by the client and determining the results desired by the client. 

Don Scellato is a Certified Management Consultant and has been a member of IMC USA since 1996 and has served on numerous boards and committees in the organization. Through Scellato Consulting Services, Don provides guidance to supply chain participants in improving technology solutions, analyzing and improving operating costs, and ensuring that clients' supply chains are secure from criminal and terrorist threats.
