More about our speaker

Allison Cerra is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Alcatel-Lucent’s Global Sales and Marketing organization. In this capacity, Allison oversees marketing strategy and communications, and engages with service providers around the world on go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including video, broadband and mobile services. With more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Allison has worked in both the service provider and equipment vendor categories. 

 In addition, Allison is the co-author of several books on the interplay of communications technology, identity, and end-user trends. They include the recent Transforming Business: Big Data, Mobility, and Globalization, Identity Shift and The Shift: The Evolving Market, Players and Business Models in a 2.0 World. Allison also has published several whitepapers and articles about emerging end user broadband trends and market potential for next-generation services. 

She is Vice Chair of the board for the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth and serves on the boards of the Telecommunications Industry Association and the Institute for Communication Technology Management.
