A Design Logic for Approaching the Unknown in Your Business and Career
A Design Logic for Approaching the Unknown in Your Business and Your Career, presented by Don Springer, highly regarded for his insight and leadership, and chair of the New Business SIG of CEO Netweavers.
Does this sound familiar?
Are you starting or running a consultancy where the future is not only unknown, but unknowable? Do your clients need a change in strategic direction, but lack a clear direction? Do they need to launch a novel product or enter an unchartered market? Are you considering the next move in your professional consulting career?
Using a decade of the latest research on entrepreneurial decision making, our speaker will present principles that you can use to shape the uncharted future. Business case studies will highlight "effectual reasoning” and contrast it with its inverse, causal or predictive reasoning. Applications of the approach will be illustrated for companies as well as individual consultants.
Come learn a new model for meeting the challenges of an unknown future. You will learn the principles of Effectual Reasoning and how they:
- Serve Entrepreneurs in Growing a Business
- Apply to Consultants as well as Companies
- Guide the Navigation of one’s Career
And you will walk away with a checklist for putting these ideas to work in your consulting practice.
