About Tom Ferguson:
Flowserve from $1.2 billion in sales to $3 billion over five years, including
the consolidation of sales forces from four business units to a single sales
force of 400 technical sales people.
This moved Flowserve from #6 to #1 in the engineered pumps industry. The consolidated sales organization included
global distribution, commodity sales and high margin engineered product
Fixed Price Strategies For Products and Services: Under
Tom’s direction, Flowserve sold and delivered high margin, "fixed fee” contracts
to numerous customers providing pumps, related products and maintenance for five
years. This contributed to Flowserve’s
move to #1 in their industry.
Ferguson currently serves as President & CEO at
AZZ Incorporated, a Fort Worth manufacturer with sales
of $570 million. You will walk
