Topics to be covered are “Attitude and Presence”, “The Power of Listening and Motivational Communications”,  “Tuning In – Reading Prospects & Adjusting to Social Styles”, and “ The Selling Process – Shifting the Gears “.

Instructor Biography
Harvey Meier CMC, has forty-three years serving as a confidential Advisor to Boards of Directors, CEOs, owners, and top management of privately held companies from startups to billion dollar companies. He and his colleagues are retained to facilitate strengthening the board and CEO partnership, train directors on their duties and responsibilities, and resolve conflict in the boardroom and among executives and within their teams. In addition they show CEOs and executives how to implement the Adult-Adult Leadership Style vs. the Parent Child Leadership Style, guide creation of strategic plans, install our One Page Business Planning and Performance System®, advise on optimization of cash flow, implement prudent risk management practices, build bench strength (e.g. succession planning at the Board and executive level), design performance based incentive plans and models, and facilitate CEO and senior management searches.
