In todays competitive markets most firm's products grow every day more equivalent and differentiate themselves only by price and promotions. It is increasingly important for consultants to help their clients to differentiate the firm products through differentiating and paid for services. This webinar illustrates how consultants and their clients can differentiate their service offerings from that of their competitors. Services are usually more flexible and quicker to launch than the products they serve and can become valued assets. But often companies give and even add services without considering which value these services add to the product, if any. This course divides services in 3 categories (indispensable, standard and differentiating) according to the value they add. Each category needs a different management.   The course also helps to identify new services which can add value to the firm offer. Finally this course helps to communicate the differentiating services according to their type of value to make the clients pay for them in higher price or loyalty. 

This webinar is presented by Daniela Gilardelli. Daniela has Over 30 years professional activity in the private profit and non profit sectors in the areas described below.
