Join us for a wonderful, lively, no-holds-barred exchange between a multi-generational panel of owners, managers and employees as they share opinions and ideas between themselves, and with the audience, about what really motivates them and how they perceive management's attempts to "encourage" them to higher and higher performance work or fall short.

With only 30% of the typical workforce truly engaged, and a wide range of ages not only in the workforce, but also in the customer base, multi-generational communications and motivation skills are critical to a firm's growth and profitability.

Learn what the real issues are and how managers are dealing with them. Hear how employees want managers to deal with those same issues and what manager's believe they really can do about those wants.
