Art DeLorenzo, CLU, ChFC, CFP, MSFS, MSEd, has been involved in the financial services industry since 1968 from financial advisor to Group Vice President of American Express Financial Advisors. Throughout his career, Mr. DeLorenzo has blended his expertise in financial planning with his knowledge of educational fundamentals to mentor and train his advisors. In 2001, he and his partners began researching the impact that Emotional Competence might have on the well-being of participants. In 2009 Mr. DeLorenzo co-founded MYT Group, LLC an Emotional Intelligence training firm of which he is currently the president. Pilot after pilot proved that with the MYT Process, people could in fact lower stress and improve productivity. Originally focused on the financial services industry, this work has now crossed into other industries as well and has trained executives and manager of Fortune 100 companies.
Dr. Louann Tung, PhD is a PhD nuclear engineer turned empowerment engineer. Based on her extensive personal transformation with currently over 600 hours of live workshops since 2005 in the US, India, and Cambodia, she brings her deep experience to others seeking empowerment and life fulfillment in business, relationships, health, and wealth. Dr. Tung began her research career as a PhD from UC Berkeley and was employed as a nuclear engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Lab for 22 years and founded her Core-Herence business in 2009. In 2014 she joined as a partner with Maximize Your Talent to bring emotional intelligence into the work place as she did as an LLNL ombudsperson and meditation group lead.
