Join us from 7:30 – 10:00 AM on Friday, November 13, 2015,
At Maggiano’s, King of Prussia, for an IMC Philly Breakfast Panel
Pricing – How Much Money Are You Leaving On The Table?
How comfortable are you with the fee you propose to your client? Do you know if it is sufficient to cover your fixed and operating expenses, and yet still enjoy a reasonable and fair profit for your efforts? Are you leaving money on the table that you may never recover, even in future engagements?
Our panel will lead us through the pros and cons of the various types of professional services pricing, such as fixed fee, time and material, contingency and retainer based fees. How do you know which form of pricing is appropriate for each client? What would be a sound basis for calculating your base budgeted rate?
7:30 – Networking
8:00 – Breakfast served
8:15 – Announcements and program introduction
10:00 – Closing and networking
