The LAX Breakfast meetings occur normally on the 1st Friday of each month from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. Networking starting at 7:00am September, through June each year.
It's summer time, and we're going strong! Many of you requested that we continue getting together through the summer months so we put together something fresh and different, with a focus on your well- being.
We each spend a lot of time thinking about our businesses in many ways. We think about new business development and marketing, selling, research, content development, client relationships, project management and administration, and many of our programs and meetings focus on those elements. Ultimately, however, we are the product - in what ways do we take time to ensure the health and sustainability of the "golden goose"? .

Ken Golding, a lifelong wellness and fitness devotee and coach, will join us with counsel on how to care for ourselves, particularly in times of frustration and stress. Ken's focus includes:

  • keeping yourself sane when that around you is not
  • looking in so you can look out
  • staying available and focused for your clients

About Ken Golding, CAPPP Kenneth Golding is President of Golding Corporate Wellness, Inc. a health promotion consulting firm established to advise organizations on effective avenues for prevention and healthcare cost reduction. He has been an advocate for physical activity and well being since childhood. He participated competitively on many team sports, ultimately attending Southern Utah University on an athletic football scholarship. Upon his graduation with a BS in physical education and an emphasis on coaching and sports medicine, Ken entered the professional business world of fitness. In 1984 he opened the first of what would become several private training/fitness studios in Los Angeles. An original member of the influential IDEA, Ken has also carried close affiliations with IHRSA, NSCA, AFAA and most recently the IFEBP. His continued success in creating new methods and techniques for engaging people of all ages and abilities in participating in physical fitness and wellness programs has been sited in numerous periodicals, manuals and media. He is a regular contributing columnist to newspapers. Utilizing a medium of interactive / educational workshops and personal coaching, he has recently branched his committed format for physical activity and participation into a corporate and organizational vehicle.
