We're pleased to kick-off the new LAX breakfast meeting season with a focus on innovation - thinking about our businesses and clients in a fresh, forward- looking fashion.

Innovation begins, as do most effective processes, with an examination of our own thinking and learning syles. Some people and organizations are naturally inclined towards creativity, change and innovation, while others remain locked in long-standing patterns. Raytheon is working to spark innovation, starting with behaviors, patterns and core inclinations and moving onto the structure and strategies to embed innovation as a critical business process.

Kevin Rudolph has been named Innovation Advocate for Raytheon and is leading the innovation initiative for the company in Southern California. He will introduce us to the Innovation Style Preference Indicator (ISPI) tool at the base of the initiative, and will discuss the structured approach Raytheon has implemented to foster innovation.

Join us to learn how one of the area's premier companies is driving creativity and change, and to examine your own innovation inclinations.

About Kevin Rudolph:
Kevin Rudolph is a Senior Engineering Fellow and has worked at Hughes Aircraft Company and Raytheon for 27 years. Kevin has worked across the spectrum of systems and software engineering, engineering management, project management and business development. Kevin was a founding member of the GPS Navigation Technology Center (GNTC) which has grown from $500K in sales in 1993 to over $90M in 2006.
