We have all been through it. The great opportunity that started so well has now become an engagement from hell. Everything becomes at risk - fees, relationships, reputation.
In this interactive "buzz session" we will discuss
· How can such a thing happen?
· But now that we're in the middle of a mess, what can be done?
o Leadership needs
o Work requirements
o Communication imperatives
o Money implications
· What should happen after the crisis has passed?
Please participate by sharing stories of your own experiences you wish you could “do over” with the knowledge you have now, or stories where you successfully rescued a project teetering toward failure. If you wish to share such an experience during the session, please email a short summary in advance of the program to the facilitator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
