The Philadelphia Chapter presents a powerful breakfast buzz session titled "Using Personality Type to Enhance Communication and Sales Effectiveness”. This session, led by Cindy Stengel Paris, will discuss how to enhance client relationships and team performance, by understanding personality types and appropriate responses in personal interactions. This session will provide you with basic concepts to enhance sales processes and client relationships. It will help with "people issues” in any relationship process, including:
§ How clients differ in their approachability, how they gather information and make decisions.
§ Different "languages” people speak and listening through a "Type Lens” to uncover hidden issues and needs.
§ What to do to "flex your style” and meet personal approach needs selling interaction.
This presentation will provide a framework for looking at communication differences so that you can consciously apply these concepts right away in your very next client meetings.
