A Major Source of Business for Consultants

With Peter Walzer, Principal & CEO, Blue Globe Group, Inc.

Thursday, February 11, Mimi's Café, Irvine, 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.

Project Turnarounds can be a major source of business for consultants regardless of the consultant's discipline. It is a widely known that most projects are headed for failure -- but this often creates new business opportunities for consultants, especially those who have Project Turnaround skills.

To learn more Project Turnaround consulting opportunities, join us at our IMC Orange County Business Forum on Thursday, February 11, as Peter Walzer, Project Turnaround expert, shares his project management consulting experience along with the unique challenges of Project Turnarounds. Topics covered will include:

  • Different project types and best management practices for each
  • Five ways to tell that a project is headed for failure
  • Project Turnaround techniques
  • How Project Turnarounds = consulting opportunities
  • And a lot more...

All are welcome, not just IMC members. This will not only be a great learning experience, but also an opportunity for you to network with your fellow consultants and business leaders in the Greater Orange County area. Be prepared to share your experience with projects and how they have benefitted your consulting practice.
