From Anita Katzenbach, Joe Herold & Daniel S. Feiman:
We would like to invite you to attend the upcoming strategic planning session for our International SIG "Business Development Project” on February 13 (see meeting details below). Your active participation is needed and required for us to reach our potential.
GOAL: Setting the foundation to create a "business generating profit center” with consultants of our International SIG.
The agenda is as follows:
· 0730 – 0800 - breakfast
· 0800 – 0915 - development of our shared values
· 0915 – 0930 - break
· 0930 – 1045 - create our mission statement
· 1045 – 1100 - break
· 1100 - 1200 - define our strategic goals
Preparation for this Workshop:
As a part of this day we will begin by developing a list of our shared values. Your contribution on this is so important we want you to complete this in advance & bring it with you or, if you cannot make it to the event, email to Anita for inclusion in our process. Please list the top five values you feel the International SIG does, or should, exemplify moving forward. Give this some real thought, please.
In order to move us efficiently through the process we will have:
· Daniel "the facilitator” Feiman will take us through the tools to reach our objectives.
· Joe "the enforcer” Herold will act as the process observer & timekeeper" to keep us on track
· Anita "the guiding light” Katzenbach will oversee the process

Time: 8AM until Noon. Breakfast starts at 7.30AM.

Invited are all members and friends of the International SIG who are interested in participating in this project and who are willing to invest some time to get it off the ground. We will provide you with more details within the next couple of weeks, including some preparation work to make this workshop a success.
If you are not an IMC member yet and you realize – before or after the workshop - that this is a project you would like to participate in, we will ask you to join IMC thereafter. For more information on IMC membership please go to our website: www.imcusa.org.
