So How Do YOU Turn a Prospect into a Client?
We all spend time marketing and the goal is to get a meeting with a prospect. So the big day comes and you have your meeting - What then?
In his presentation Creating Buyers - Getting Prospects to Beg to Become Clients

Joel Block will answer that question.

Learn how to have prospects see you as an expert and more importantly see for themselves how much they need your help. Join us at our IMC SFV meeting on November 19 as Joel Block, shares with us how to use probing questions instead of a canned presentation to change the dynamic of the prospect relationship and win more business.

If you would like to be more effective in client meetings and have your clients believe that you are the expert they need then our meeting on Nov 19 is for YOU.

Invest 90 minutes in your business this month! Attend the IMC SFV Breakfast meeting on Friday, Nov 19, 2010 from 7:30 - 9 am (networking begins at 7:15 am) .

Is it possible to have buyers begging you to work for them?

Yes!

This session covers an approach to the sales process that makes that happen.

In this session Joel dissects both the sales and the buying processes to help participants match their sales process to buyers' goals. He also advises you on how to avoid selling based solely on price by differentiating your products.

The lion's share of the session describes in detail techniques for asking questions that allow you to identify prospective clients' "other side of the river" and move the prospects from "wanting" a product or service, to "needing" a product or service. These techniques stand on its head much of the conventional wisdom regarding sales process. Rather than advocating presentations that may or may not address prospects' needs, the Creating Buyers concept advocates selling by asking questions and creating curiosity.

Joel will put all of these elements together and describe a "perfect sale storm" that you can create to initiate and close sales.

Last, the session addresses the issue of placing a value on the product or service that is being sold.

Don't miss this thought-provoking breakfast meeting, which will be a lot of fun and also a great networking experience with your fellow consultants. Expect a lively discussion on the all-important topic of more effectively selling your services.
