Over 100 IMC USA volunteer members have contributed to a project that we call our Reason for Being (RFB). This is a future-friendly statement that reflects our members’ desires for a more valuable organization. It defines our future and makes bigger promises to members and their clients. As we approach our 2018 50th anniversary, the work begins to bring IMC USA’s Reason for Being to life. It is up to all of us to get involved and transform ourselves into a new IMC USA, one equipped to serve our members and their clients in the ways our changing marketplace demands. You can attend an online session (or just call in) to hear about change initiatives and to understand the process volunteers (you, we hope ;-) will use to architect these initiatives quickly and practically. This is a game-changing effort for IMC USA.
