Reinvent Your Consulting Practice for Changing Client Markets
An Evening With Tom Casey CMC
|
|
Our market is
changing and clients are stumped. Client organizations face a range of new
challenges driven by economic ‘softness’, intractable political gridlock, a
phase of "contraction” rather than "expansion, and much more. They’re not sure how
we can help them! Yesterday’s strategies and services may not fit today’s client
demands. So it’s essential that we bridge that gap.
Join this energetic "buzz session”, specifically designed to open a
larger conversation where you define the issues we deal with and
contribute ideas and solutions on the spot. Consider:
- How can we tailor our services and capabilities?
- What types of consulting will clients buy now?
- How can we lighten clients’ workload and improve performance?
- Might innovative teaming or staffing arrangements help?
Our "Buzz Session” will
be lightly facilitated so that your questions and perspectives are central, and
we tap our group knowledge and expertise. You’ll leave with greater clarity on
challenges facing you and your clients, practical ideas for tailoring your
practice and a stronger colleague network.
