The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants hosts its quarterly conference/meeting at the SiBA Cucina, located at 530 Northpointe Circle, Seven Fields, PA 16046, just off the intersection of the PA Turnpike and Route 79. The agenda for our meeting and luncheon includes presentations about the state of healthcare today and how we as consultants can assist healthcare providers to improve their bottom line and remain viable in today’s environment.

Attendees: This event is open to the public; IMC membership is not required.

Agenda: The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) is pleased to host a presentation of today’s healthcare environment and the impact of the Affordable Care Act (AKA, in the words of the President – "Obama Care”). We will address how healthcare providers (Emergency Medical Care, hospitals, and physician practices are impacted by the new act.) A short business meeting, conducted by W. PA. IMC President Dr. William McKibbin, will precede the speakers. The presentation will provide insight into the impact management consultants are providing to our healthcare industry (the second largest financial industry in the USA today and second only to the federal government).

Speakers: We have two invited speakers, including:

Mr. Anthony Nasralla, President and CEO of the Titusville Area Hospital (named a top 100 best hospitals in the nation). Mr. Nasralla is also the Board of Directors and President of the Vantage Healthcare Network, a nine hospital shared service organization.

Mr. Chris Dell, Chief of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) serving five boro’s and Townships in the Western Pennsylvania (Elizabeth Twp., Elizabeth Boro, Lincoln Boro, Versailles Boro and Liberty Boro. Chris is Vice Chairman of the Allegheny EMS Council and is on the board of the W. PA. EMS Institute.
