Dr. Drumm McNaughton CMC has added over $400 million to the bottom line of organizations over the course of his career. His professional experience includes having developed strategy and implemented large-scale systems change in the areas of business operations; administration; organizational redesign; and eBusiness; as well as leadership training, executive coaching and teambuilding. His clients are large- and mid-cap companies in high-tech, telecomm, biotech, chemical, defense, and financial services industries, as well as nonprofit, education, and government organizations, and include organizations such as Applied Materials, Computer Sciences Corporation, Dell Computer, DuPont, Dataskill, Charles Schwab, Orange County’s Credit Union, and the U.S. Navy, among others.
Dr. McNaughton holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Human and Organizational Systems (Fielding Graduate University), and a B.S. in Physics (U.S. Naval Academy, and is published in the areas of leadership and organization transformation. He serves on numerous Boards, including as Vice Chair for Professional Development for the Institute of Management Consultants where he is designated a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is also a former Naval Officer and Naval Aviator; having flown the EP-3E Aries reconnaissance aircraft.
