Founded in 1995, Carberry Group is a management consulting team. Reve and Susan Carberry – partners in life as well as in business – bring a wide range of experiences to their work including overseas assignments in Europe and Asia. Having endured the ineffectiveness and frustrations as well as the pleasures of corporate work as IBM executives for over 20 years, they decided to make a different contribution to the business world. First they apprenticed with another consulting and coaching firm for a year. They then founded their own firm with the intent of bringing a new freedom to business life – an empowerment in handling daily circumstances and a commitment to action for producing results – that creates more joy and satisfaction, and not coincidentally greater effectiveness, than is typically found in business today. An ongoing commitment to their own development and work with their own coach continually enhances what Reve and Susan bring to their clients. Their passion and accountability is having people succeed in their commitments – whatever those may be! |
